My poop usually contains foods I ate within the last 12-18 hours but today I pooped out food I ate 3 days ago, my poop isn’t usually delayed this long. It was pooped out carrots and I had carrots on Sunday, today is Tuesday. I gained a crazy amount of weight and I think it’s because my body did not fully digest my food for 2 days.
Lol. I do poop jokes, not poop conversations. But… a quick google search claims carrots are easy to digest. What else did you eat that day? Any red meat?

Sweet potatoes don’t because they’re packed with fiber even though they are much denser than regular potatoes
