Do you think it is possible to get rid of this belly in 30 days? I want at least to not look so fat because my belly is sticking so much it's embarrasing. I'm flying back home in a month from the study visit and i think the family will be shocked how heavy i am now.

But if u want to lose some weight and belly, im sure you can do it by exercising. U should do pull ups in different positions

If I were you I could. But it wouldn't be in a healthy way though. That's a lot to lose in 30 days. I'd be doing intense cardio while on an intense caloric deficit.

Drink water, limit sugar and starches. Eat lightly throughout the day but no heavy meals like breakfast lunch and supper. Don’t eat anymore after 8 pm I believe. Exercise or at least walk or jog.

In 30days, you can lose up to 10lbs. After that , you can lose 1-2 lbs a week. There's no magical shortcut unfortunately. But you should start now, and don't stop.
