Why does my jaw move when I open my mouth really wide?

I heard it's normal for your jow to click sometimes or move when you open your mouth really wide, but for me it's literally every time I open it widely.

I used to purge by throwing up but I stopped after 2 months because I felt like my jaw moved way too much the last time I purged.

Before purging, my jaw didn't move at all when I opened my mouth, but now.. it not just moves a bit (the left side) but it also kinda hurts (?) for a second. After that, my jaw just hurts mildly for a few seconds until it passes.

And I'm not sure if it's right to say that my jaw moves cause it's just a small part of the right part of my jaw.

Is it because of purging? It probably is, but maybe it's normal? I don't know..

Likely best to make a dentist appointment. They would know whether it is something you have to worry about or it something you can live with.

purging by throwing up sems bad so consult a real doctor about purging.
