Yes! Still grieving my boyfriend who died last month. I've never had to grieve over someone before. It's strange.
He was the kind of guy that hurt me more than I can say, but there was something about him that I couldn't stay mad at him for long.
I go from being angry at him, then yesterday I cried from midnight for several hours.
I miss his warm sexy body next to me, holding me, cuddling me. He used to say he is my protector. I never felt protected like I was with him. Now, it's cold and lonely and I can't stop the tears of grief.
So many times I would come on GaG and bitch about him, and you'd answer for me to kick him out or leave, but now that he's gone permanently and I will never get a chance to talk to him again, it's different. 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you’re low in vitamin D and not getting sun light B12 vitamins. Certain proteins. And you “DO NOTHING” you’re beyond lazy…

Yeah you’re gonna be depressed and unmotivated. This literally can give you clinical depression.

Stay away from vaping and smoking anything and far away from caffeine. Get enough sleep. Keep busy. Make plans and lists. Keep focused.

I still am, and i'm looking for a "way out" but is hard here in uk, as soon as someone "hears you" talking about it, soon all the "helping governamental people" are starting to e-mail, send leaflets, kill tbe phone with calls, and pills and all that is almost impossible to get hold on to, as the parcels these days are "super monitored"... i have other things in mind but don't want to freak out other people (i live in a shared house) so i want to do it somewhere else... the lesser they know, the better.

All depression ceased after I fully invited God into my life. But vitamin D3 has been known to help some that get depression during the Winter (SAD). A friend of mine used to get depressive thoughts but after I 'accidentally' cast 3x demons out of her, she said all of those depressive thoughts are gone now.

Yes. It's called "seasonal affective disorder". Suffered mainly by people living far enough from the equator that winter results in significantly decreased hours of daylight. Vitamin D can help to a degree, so cal supplemental full spectrum light can also. Medications may also be necessary.

I took on a new consulting position, and the first couple of weeks I seemed really in over my head. I'm not sure if I was in a depressive state, but I went to very negative for several days in a row, and wanted to quit the new job and was not a very pleasant person to be around until the goofy dog snapped me out of it. Something clicked and all is well now.

did you lose sight? thats scary my retina displaced for no reason and wouldn't return Now I've got one good eye one blind one and concerned that retina will displce for no reason too

@davado88 I have a blind spot in my vision now. It's near my center vision. I get laser for the retinopathy now and then.
Why did your retina displaced? Any underlying condition?

I had high blood pressure days due to anxiety and other things.
It's really frustrating

I actually think I have not heard of a case of person with no past condition leading to retinal detachment.
