What's that black mole on my tongue?

The black spot came off today when I was brushing my tongue, and there was some blood that came out of it

It's a blood blister from biting it. It looks black, but it's probably just dark blood. Could be a cold sore, but I doubt it.
To be honest, I have never seen anything like it before. If it doesn't go away real soon, have a doctor look at it.
Don't take my diagnosis as word. I'm just guessing here ok?
