    Dont listen to all those stupid diet plans.

    To loose fat you need to simply eat less than what your body needs for that day. (Which is basically the Rome were all diet plans lead to)

    If your body needs for example 1900 cal a day you simple eat 500 cal less each day. Just have to keep track but if you're motivated to loose weight thats no problem just get a scale and some calories app.

    You can eat anything you want, aslong as you stay on your daily calorie goal. If you dont want to feel terrible hungry during the day, I recommend not eating 2 choclade bars but what is commonly considered "healthy" like vegetables/ full corn products and so on. Can eat way more of them and feel less hungry before you reach your limit.

      Forgott to add, if you workout you have the added benefit of looking better and not getting scrawny/beeing healthy and ofc beeing able to eat more bec you burn extra.

    Eat better foods and less food. Cook it all at home
    Move more and exercise.
    Stay hydrated with water and not sodas and juices.
    Get bloodwork done and see if there’s underlying issues.
    Sleep 8 hrs a day and stay off caffeine several hours before bed.

    I know it's easier said than done, but that is the only real answer. It's about self discipline. It's about deciding to do it and being serious about it.

    Sorry, but there really is no other answer. All the diets you hear about are all different approaches to the same thing. You just have to find what works best for you. Some diets might be easier to keep up with than others. That's highly personal, and there is no diet that will work for everyone. No matter what, it boils down to self discipline.

    you have to make changes, I've had to. Your body changes over time as does eating habits and behaviors.

    If you want to know I'll tell you. if you want to complain about your emotions, I won't waste my time.

    You can start by having the same breakfast as me...20 situps and 20 pushups. If that's too easy add 30 squats. Drink some water! There... breakfast is done, you get to eat some food at lunchtime... but only protein and vegetables.

    Also cut out all garbage foods... they aren't junk food anymore, they are garbage foods. you know what they are, stop eating them. Also, find out what gives you energy and works in your body and what doesn't. not everyone is the same.

    The answer is simple... proper diet, exercise/output to burn more calories. Set some fun goals to achieve... not just "weight" but goals to achieve that you look forward to.

    Do that and come back...

    Get used to it... life takes work sometimes!

    I was a fat kid in high school. I got into an exercise program. I worked out hard and cleaned up my diet. This was a long time ago before there was protein powder. I got Carnation powdered milk and mixed it with plain milk.

    I did plenty of cardio to boost my metabolism. I sis not get too hung up on the numbers on the scale. I was more interested in fitness. I lost inches and looked better but maybe lost only about 20 pounds.

    I probably lost only 1 or 2 pounds a week. This was really before people worked out in a gym and way before the internet so there was not much information out there. I had a book by Vic Tanny that basically just talked about his philosophy of life and fitness. He treated it as a life long commitment. Exercise can not only make you healthier but it can help with mental issues like depression and anxiety as well.

    The easiest way to lose weight is good old fashioned eating less. You don't need a specialized diet or supplements. Those are mostly scams. What ever foods you are eating right now, keep eating them. Just ear less of them.

    Some things that can help along side that is exercise and cold showers, but both of these things can increase your appetite. So be mindful about that.

    I'm currently losing weight myself using this method. I've already lost 25 pounds in less than 2 months.

Now I eat one meal a day and I have dropped 65 pounds with no exercise. I am not a doctor. I had a doctor monitor me during this process.

    U gotta work out and eat better and drink better. U can look up measurements on how much u weight and how many calories u should be eating in a day. And then u can read the food and servings to whatever ur eating and make sure u don't eat above that.
