Fasting is like drinking diet soda it doesn't actually solve the weight loss and instead its just making the body crave and become more susceptible to weight gain. Fasting intermediately can help balance out a metabolism but starving for the sake of weight loss is just lies as the body just starts eating itself eventually and then the cravings end up just compounding when you start eating again making you prone to over eating. And your stomach can shrink if you go too long as well you can end up if you fast for tooo long with flat out gut stasis. Where food doesn't digest <.< and you actually need to reset your metabolism clock on like baby food... And I know what your thinking if the food isn't digested that you just ate then wouldn't you pass it still? And the medical answer is well maybe but severe gut stasis if you let it get that bad the food will just rot in your stomach. o... o
For safe and effective weight loss through fasting, try intermittent fasting (e. g., 16/8), eat nutrient-rich foods during eating windows, stay hydrated, avoid extreme fasts, be mindful of calorie intake, listen to your body, and combine fasting with regular exercise. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting.
fasting itself won't help...
use more calories than you consume daily. thats literally it.
