I'm curious about mike o'hearn public perceptions and speculations regarding the use of performance-enhancing substances in the fitness industry, especially among individuals with exceptionally muscular physiques.
The perception of whether individuals like Mike O'Hearn use steroids can vary widely among different people. Some believe that he and others like him are not using steroids extensively, while others may be more skeptical. It's important to approach this topic with an open mind and consider a few key points:
People have different genetic predispositions that can greatly influence their ability to build and maintain muscle. Some individuals may naturally have the genetics that allow them to achieve an impressive physique without the use of steroids. In the world of bodybuilding, there are both natural competitions (where steroid use is prohibited) and enhanced competitions (where it is allowed). Some individuals may choose to compete naturally, while others may opt for enhanced competitions.
Achieving a well-muscled physique requires consistent hard work, proper nutrition, and dedication to a fitness regimen. Many individuals, including Mike O'Hearn, have demonstrated their commitment to their training over the years.
The decision to use steroids is a personal one, and not all individuals in the fitness industry choose to use them. It's important to respect an individual's choice and not make assumptions without concrete evidence.
Ultimately, it's difficult to make a definitive judgment without concrete proof, and speculation can be unproductive. Instead of focusing on whether someone is using steroids, it's more constructive to appreciate their dedication to fitness and their ability to inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Everyone in my gym community jokes about him being natural. He's obv not, I can't understand how someone can think that this is what 54yo looks naturally.
Tbh, everyone sort of knows now.
About. . . . 10 years ago? Maybe 5?
People sort of were on the "you're just a hater who hates his hard work and genetics."
Now after that Liver King shit, everyone just sort of knows.
Thing is, you can be natty but haters will still accuse you of being juiced.
I'm natty, and I've been accused of using roids.
Kind of flattering tbh.
If you work out four hours per day, take creatin and buckets of protein with the right diet its possible to get this big but its just not likely.
If you look at the physiques of ancient statues and pictures of 1920s body builders its possible.
On a side not the guy is 54 so is likely on some junk.

Where do you draw the line at what you consider a "steroid"? For instance some nerds consider Test supplementation as a steroid. Yet Test inherently exists in both genders. Do you consider selective androgen receptors as "steroids" or just anabolic steroids as "steroids"?
With that said, yes, I'd wager he is on anabolic steroids.
100 years back there were men who lifted weights and ate ton of proteins to increase muscle mass, but those guys were far away from monstrosities on today's bodybuilding competitions.
do people think they aren't? is it some dirty secret or something?
the reality is body building has been rampant with steroid use for 60+ years
Most people wouldn't really think that a man in his 50's is still packing a shredded muscular body, and hitting new, heavier PR's in the gym.. Plus he's gets defensive when people ask him about it, and hesitant to show his blood work..
I have no idea who this clown is, but almost all people who look overly muscular like a pro wrestler or competitive bodybuilder are or were on steroids.
I looked him up on the internet. He is definitely juicing. Besides look at his chin.
ALL professional athletes are using something.
You can't compete at the highest levels without it.
I don't know how anyone can think he's natural
Plus he's 54His eyes though 😍
