Do you have a gym membership? If you have a membership, which gym do you belong to? Or do you work out at home? How long per session do you work out? Do you prefer to work out alone or with others? How often do you work out?
@Hawkes_Lady I have a 24 HR fitness, membership but never use it. I Do Hard Yoga 4 days a week, and if you know Hard Yoga, you know it is not sitting and smelling incense and humming.
Some days the workout is more than I can complete. The sessions last a hour, with maybe a water break. I do work at home for shoulders and back with rubber band stretches in the door, doorway stretches etc. Also have a 'UPCircleSeven" hammock in the garage to suspend upside down, and do 'shoulder stands'
Still trying to decide how to compress some of those damned videos. May have to buy WinZip.

I belong to a local gym. i get there 3 times a week maybe 4 if I can do it. I do two back to back workouts on the weekend and try to get up early one day during the week sometimes two. I have a HIIT cardio workout for 45 minutes. I use a bike, stairclimber or elliptical trainer. Then I work abs and then train with weights for 45 minutes.
Back when I went to the gym, I would go 3 times a week and usually for one hour per session. Iād do one session focused on my back & arms, one session focused on my legs & core, and one session focused on cardio. I always preferred to work out alone when the gym was empty as it was a small local gym, as that way I could wear ārevealingā clothes (sports bra & shorts) without feeling uncomfortable or feeling as if Iām being looked at. I revoked my gym membership a couple months ago for health reasons, and I donāt work out at home these days.
I have a gym membership. I weight train 3-4x a week, about 1.5 hrs each sesh. On the daily tho, I try to get in at least 7k steps but I always aim for 10k steps. I work out with my boyfriend but we work out separately, we just drive to the gym together and on the same days.
