This is a competition. You have to pick running or lifting weights.
Cardio or weights?
A combination of both would be ideal but I’d say cardio is healthier (for your heart that is). Lifting heavy can cause a toll on your joints but at the same time you need resistance training to maintain your muscle mass.
I mean both together is best, but cardio is healthier. It isn’t as hard on your body either and you are much less likely to hurt yourself
Depends on your fitness goals mate
"Healthier" ? .. I would say running.. just make sure to not mess up your knees
Cardio is healthier. That's pretty much universally agreed on.
