Do you move in your sleep?

I do , sometimes my shirt is lifted up most of the time I lose a blanket and a sheet is undone.

Yes, I move a lot all night long. It's hard for me to get comfortable. I am constantly arranging and rearranging my pillows and blankets all night. Sometimes it wakes me up and then I can't go back to sleep for hours.

I once saw half scarred red scratches on my leg so maybe I scratched myself in my sleep. A woman I talked to on the bus told me she once woke up with a bleeding stomach cause she scratched herself in her sleep. She was around 70 years old and I’m not sure why but in my early twenties old ladies I did not know would always talk to me when they ran into me at bus stops.

I do regularly. I also sometimes have moments where I kick or punch in my sleep. not sure if it is dreams or just muscle spasms have accidentally kicked my wife in the leg a couple times. she just scoots closer and pulls one of my arms over and holds my hand. whenever I am holding her I don't move at all

Yes, I sleep on my side but i get sore after a couple of hours and roll over on my back, then that gets sore so i sleep on thr other side. rinse and repeat.

Yes i constantly flip back and forth which side im laying on or what position to sleep in, often rolling to the middle of my bed too (I usually sleep on one side of my bed or the middle, I don’t often roll enough to the other side) I don’t think I kick my sheets/blanket or anything tho. I move less if I’m sleeping next to someone
