Why behind my ears smells so bad? Cause I wear glasses 👓 and I have poor hygiene? What do you advise for this kind of cheesy, stinky smell?

Dude, I know that smell behind the ears all too well! It's definitely not just you, I think a lot of guys deal with it.

A few things that can cause it:

- Sweat - Ears are one of the sweatiest areas since there's not much airflow. Sweat + bacteria = stank real quick.

- Skin oils - Our ears naturally produce oils that can go rancid if not washed away regularly. That greasy buildup traps odors.

- Glasses - Exactly like you said man, glasses sitting on top of ears all day doesn't help air circulate to dry sweat out.

- Poor hygiene - If you're not washing behind those ears daily, the grime just builds up worse.

To fix it, a few things that would work:

- After showering, really scrub behind the ears with a soapy washcloth or your fingertips. Rinse well.

- Use a Q-tip to wipe inside the opening of your ear daily too.

- Wash or change your sweaty shirt more often. Keep ears dry as possible.

- Consider daily anti-fungal/antibacterial spray just for ears if it's really bad.
