Do I smell bad, or is it all in my head?

I think I stink. I always smell bad to me even after I shower and pretty much scrub my vagina like I'm using a cheese grater. When people sit by me they prefer to sit across from me or far away from me. Sometimes they sniff themselves. I smelled my clothes and they smell nice but smell really bad as soon as I'm wearing them. I ask people if I stink or if the perfume I'm wearing stinks and they say I have a subtle sweet smell. Lately I think my perfume stinks and everyone must think I stink. I'm sick of feeling like I smell like shit no matter what. Do I just stink?

do you wash the inside of your vagina with soap? because that can actually cause imbalance & infection that gives you a bad smell/abnormal discharge

if you think it’s your pussy that smells, you can have a bacteria infection that can easily be fixed with antibiotics or it’s just from the food you eat. i say you should get checked & take the treatment given to you. if nothing is wrong then try to eat better/drink more water, maybe try a new perfume/lotion, shower often, use deodorant, etc.

also i highly recommend you to try some coochie spray girl (Summer’s Eve vag spray. can be found at stores like walmart or any pharmacy in the female hygiene isle. clinically tested for safety to be used in the external vaginal area, makes you smell good, deodorizes and feels fresh asf!!)

Do you use deodorant? Perhaps you could try using it more. Some people happen to produce sweat faster than other people, however I am certain that you are probably exaggerating.

There are 2 reasons why you smell:

#1 your body is making the odor by itself.

#2 bacteria is making the odor from your body.

The 2nd one is the most common reason.

How to try and fix it.

1st make sure your clothes are washed and dried immediately with clean washing machines. Those things can make clothes smell really bad as it mix with your sweat. If in doubt, wear completely new clothes.

2nd spend one day only drink water and nothing else. This will get rid of whatever you ate and reset your sweat into a more neutral state.

3rd use anti bacteria soap to wash your whole body.

This should take away your smell.

Try those one by one to identify which part is causing the smell. I believe the clothes are the most common, follow closely by the food you eat.

A person can't simply just stink 😂 There's always a solution to smell.
Maybe change the parfume. And use even after a shower an anti-transpirant on your armpits. Only wash your vagina outside and around with soap, inside only with water. Soap inside a vagina messes up your ph levels and confuse the bacteria that keep Everything healthy, this leads to the known "fishy" smell.

TL;DR Change parfume, Deodorant on armpits after shower, inside V only use water.

It's possible there is a chemical imbalance in your body, or diet, but I'm guessing this is all in your head.
Others will be unsettled by your self conscious behaviour.
Talk to your doctor. See what their opinion is. Perhaps don't wash first and don't wear perfume.

It's normal to feel self-conscious about your smell. If you're bathing/showering regularly, using deodorant, and wearing clean clothes you're just fine.
