My wife and I are trying to concieve and figured I better do what I can to make a healthy offspring more probable on my end and find info that'll help my wife on her end. Also if you have any tips on what areas of the body to excercise that'll help in labor and delivery.

Caruso's Erectomax and Fertile Max Fertility Supplements.

I take these fertility supplements each day and have done so for quite some time. Erectomax I take twice daily morning and evening after a meal and same with my Fertilemax tablets (even though it says once a day on the bottle).
