What do you think is more attractive: a lean body with implants or a healthy weight with natural curves?

My personal trainer keeps suggesting I should be leaner, even another trainer recommended drastic treatments to reduce my abdominal fat. I'm not interested in changing my body just to impress others. My weight now is balanced and I just want to be strong. Then I replied back, "I have no one I'd like to show off to."

This recently led me to the question when I saw a woman at the gym. While undeniably thin, she had obvious enhancements that made me wonder why we can't embrace our natural bodies with beautifully feminine curves, regardless of size or shape.

(As a Kibbe Romantic, I'm particularly drawn to celebrating the elegance and grace of natural curves.)

What do you think?
