I believe, but could be wrong, that a "Full Blood Count" is a UK thing. In the US, I believe, we call it a CBC for "Complete Blood Count". They are basically the same thing.

I looked at the first half-dozen or so and they all seem within the "nominal ranges" although some are a bit on the lower end of the normal range.
Your MCHC is below normal.

This webpage is good and has the nominal values although you may need to do some conversions. For instance, your MCHC is 318.0 g/L ("grams per liter")
but the above website says:
"MCHC (mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration): This is the average concentration of hemoglobin in blood. A normal range is 33.4 to 35.5 grams per dL. "
Their MCHC is given in grams per dL which is "grams per deciliter". A deciliter is 1/10th of a liter, so we'd multiply this by 10 to get "grams per liter". So, the normal range is 334 to 355 g/L. Since your's is 318, that's below the normal range.

I think there may be a typo in the GoodRx nominal ranges for RBC and WBC which would be the important numbers for leukemia. So, I am going to another source - the NIH.

Your numbers in these units are 5.6 and 4.52.
So, for WBC, you are in the lower half of the normal range, but not bad.
For RBC, you are pretty much right in the middle.

In leukemia, these numbers are about 1000 times higher. So, no, I don't think you have leukemia.
