Do you go extra to the gym to burn the festivity calories from Christmas and New Year? Are you doing extra cardio or extra strength?
I’m definitely not looking forward to all the extra people that are going to be in the gym after new years. I’m all for everyone being healthy and making themselves better but usually it’s a month of people getting in the way in the gym and misusing equipment and then they’ll quit.

I am disciplined enough not to need to burn anything extra.
I need to lose about 2, I start physical therapy in a week. Won’t be a full-blown exercise but I am happy to get myself moving a little more.
No, I came to the conclusion that when it's Christmas and New Years the extra calories don't count. I mean we will go back to our usual lives just after the holidays and we will burn IT either way.
Strength moreso than Cardio , I do quite a bit of Cardio anyhow..

Nah pretty much eat the same either way. a lot of the unhealthy things aren't even appetizing to me
