Should I change gyms over this stuff?

I joined a new gym 6 months ago and everything has been going fine. No big complaints. It is expensive and people aren’t super friendly but that’s workable. Anyway I talked to their credit manager today about my automatic bill payments being stopped for tomorrow and going forward. They process billing on the 10th of the month but it’s technically not due til the end of the month. So it’s not technically even late if you don’t pay by tomorrow.
Their credit manager I spoke to to cancel the auto payments was so beyond rude and disrespectful and spoke to me in a really demeaning way. He was unwilling to stop the payments and was being a completely ass. It’s not a hard thing to just remove someone’s card from their account that they charge to. But he got snippy because I have had to unenroll before. I always pay things by end of month anyway and I’m a good member at the gym, not causing trouble. Maybe if they updated their website so that members can update card info, etc I wouldn’t have to call him? Geeze. He goes “oh you're FRUSTRATED?” When I mentioned having to remove my auto billing and was like “this isn’t the first time you’ve done this.” He was making a HUGE deal about it. He got condescending and blamed me for this whole issue and I got emotional and started crying. He hung up on me. It was so unprofessional that I’m not comfortable going back and paying my services there anymore.
I have other bills due this week that are high priority like rent. I’m a little behind too right now because I just started a new job and everything.
I’ve also had to make 1 harassment complaint already because a guy was being so creepy.
Should I change gyms over this stuff?
