I've let my fitness go over the last two years or so and I need to get back in shape. I've done circuit training in the past but I can't be bothered with that. I used to cycle outdoors a lot and I'm going to get back into that.
I need to lift weights to gain muscle and improve my physique, I've done it in the past but couldn't keep it going. Lifting weights is so dull and boring even while listening to music, I don't think I can do it.
Not sure how I'm going to get over that, any suggestions?
