No one cares about such minuscule details just be lean and muscular.
It's really impossible to "isolate&integrate" a very specific muscle in your abdominal area, just rely on muscle ups, squats and cable crossovers while strategically breathing and shit, they proportionally develop all of it. If you look at older physiques that were made naturally therefore you can argue it is the best, most instinctually appealing to women, indicative of good health and functionality, survival, they didn't have popping out obliques, probably because they used their diaphragm much more.
If you really want a specific muscle on the surface enhanced, blast it with a jackhammer, studies show it can cause hypertrophy in muscle and I've done this years ago myself using one of the shockwave devices to thicken your cock and also used to remove cellulite. It really enlarged the muscle I pointed it at, as well as bone, do it really carefully but the forearm area that is thin near the wrist, years ago I used to have it really thin, as do most people really, I tested it only on one forearm which started thinner than the other arm, and in weeks it became noticeably thicker than the other. It's nothing but a jackhammer with a concave attachment to send the shockwave deeper in. But do it extremely extremely carefully on bony surfaces.
In my knowledge it's the lats that help you get the V-shape , so I guess working the lats should help

I'm not a guy, but I found a few things that can help you: Leg lifts, planks, burpees, and reverse crunches can help you out with your V-line. I absolutely hate planks, but I hope you can bare them better than me.
7 I really don't like guy with all the ab muscles 😕 I like a flat belly and toned but that's too much. My boyfriend has the same body type as you do just not the ab muscles and V lines are sexy

From a guy to a guy, it is meant to be about the golden ratio so build the shoulders/lats and widen the chest. You want to aim for that V torso for the aesthetic. Aside from that, the odd bumps near the navel and on the pec and red spots. . . is this from waxing? It is even enough to look like folliculitis, which you can get rid of with 3-days of a fungal body wash post-waxing. Not sure what it is though from the photo. Anyway, the look of the skin is just as important as the physique because healthy = attractive.

Bio oil or the equivalent can go a long way with healing. Pure aloe vera gel can as well but sometimes it can sting on sunburn, which is counterintuitive because that causes more inflammation.

also the thing you need to develop is not your abs, it is your chest.
For that taper you want to hit the shoulders & lats heavy. And look into stomach vacuums too!
I have a natural V-line because I'm so slim and don't hit a gym. I also eat quantities of all foods good and bad. Hooray, genes? Or magic lol 😅 🧬 🪄✨
