Low weight, high repetition exercises. Crunches, long distance jogs, knee push ups. What you eat and when you eat also plays a big part. Eat a little after a workout, stay away from oily, fatty foods but don't starve yourself since that lowers your metabolism. Follow your workout schedual near religiously. Wait a full month before expecting any results.
There are plenty of gimmicks too, some which work

A stomach is an organ. What you refer to is your abdomen. What you need is to watch your diet, do a lot of cardio, and build muscle. Most women refuse to build muscle and never see the results they want. Fact is, more muscle leads to greater fat burn.

Wisetom54@gmail. com being an older guy I am 5 6 135 lbs and I have noticed in the last 5 years since young girls began working out they have become rude and outspoken my lady friend and I were in a park a summer night about 930 x we were just enjoying the evening walking through the park we were walking in a group of younger girls approach this made her very rude comment to my lady friend is so I spoke on it and I told her that she should watch your mouth and the next thing I knew she was challenging me she took off her jacket I threw it on the ground and walked right up and got right in my face and said old man you're going to get hurt and I got I thought I might when I get a good look at her and I apologize to her that's what I think this is leading to some really a rude behavior and and and they're becoming very brave challenging a people come in contact with is very Unbecoming
Working out won't give you a flatter, toned stomach. eating right will. There's no such thing as spot loosing in weight lose, you will lose weight all over your body including your stomach. If you already have a flat stomach, you can do exersize to make it looked more toned, but if you're overweight you need to get rid of the fat layer first. Do this by eating in a calorific decline, eat less and move more. If you need a hand, drop me a Dm.
Step 1: drink lots of water and don't eat crap. You'll 'get toned' I. e. lose fat.
Step 2: Do 3 sets of squats a day. Don't stop til you can't feel your ass then rest and do the next set. This builds booty.
Step 3: get outside for healthier skin or if u live where there's no sun go to a tanning studio
That's literally it good luckIf that is your picture, your stomach is already close to ideal. Arms and legs, lifting to get some anaerobic burn should help with definition and tone. It won't make you look like a man either.
Diet Diet Diet count your macros a macro is fats, protein and carbs get my fitness pal or iifym to calculate what you need or start up a coke or cig habit this is the only way cause if you eat garbage and exercise lots you won't change
just get in a sport. Workouts are boring as hell. If you are just active and having fun you will look like that without even noticing.
It would be better to find better answer for this one on forums which are for women's health and fitness. You will get better answers there sorry sure. Sorry I have not put in any input.
I would do cardio based work out but a lot of it has to do with diet if you want to get in really good shape being consistent with your work outs and eating a strict diet is more important than working out a lot or really hard.
Press ups, planks, sit ups, crunches, running, interval training, swimming
Ofcourse y not, the workout gives perfect shape what u want and keep maintain food properly.
I can help you there. It requires more than 1000 characters tho. Drop a PM and I'll point you into the right direction.
Cross fit! Or the Insanity workouts. But you need to have a fine tuned diet as well. Good luck!
