Yup. I ve been bullied my whole life. And beaten and sliced by knives and strangled, thrown down stairs and treated like the scum of the earth. I have borderline personality disorder, major depression, social anxiety disorder, PTSD. I want to doe every day because of the abuse I've been through. I never wanted to be alive and no one cares I exist. If my life had gone better I would be a different person. My life was decided by others. I was put here to suffer. I crave death so I can be with the only things in my life who loved me, my dogs.

Yes. Absolutely. As a parent i always worried about my kids being bullied. Oddly, I’ve even seen it in grown adults. While I only remember personally being bullied once in like 3rd or 4th grade, I’ve met a few. The two things I’ve come to believe about bullies is they are unbelievably insecure AND they are never, ever, as tough as they pretend to be.

Bullying disrupts proper peer relationships, functioning within the peer group, and lowers self-esteem. All these elements have a negative impact on mental well-being, and if it persists, it can take the form of an illness, such as depression.

If the situation applies to you or someone you know, please seek help from a specialist. Untreated depression can lead to many negative events, including suicide attempts.

Absolutely! I know kids/teenagers probably are much more adversely affected by bullying but it can happen to adults too. My boyfriend was bullied at his workplace by higher ups only because his parents were influential, he was an excellent employee nonetheless but the higher ups just hated him. It got so bad that he had to go to the therapy for it and he eventually quit

Yup. I got bullied when I was younger & I have to constantly battle against the exact words my bullies used. I say battle because my mind keeps associating me with them. If I'm highly emotional, I'll revert to that brutal default.
