Im starting to get into running on the treadmill.
Last two days I've been doing it at speed 7. I run for 2 minutes then walk for 1 minute then repeat.
Is this good for belly fat loss?

That's not bad if you're starting out. Most important thing is to keep it up and not overdo it. Around 7 is usually a good light jog speed.
Some tips to help with belly fat loss on the treadmill:
- Try doing more like 1 min run/30 sec walk intervals once you feel ready. Slowly increase the run time.
- Make sure you're running with good form - back straight, shoulders relaxed, don't hunch over. Engage your core as you run.
- 10 mins is a good start but aim for 30 mins total if you can as you progress. Fat loss takes time on the tread.
- Diet is huge too. Cut back on junk food and sugary drinks if most of your belly fat is from that.
- You can also try adding some abdominal exercises 2-3 times a week to really target the core. Crunches, planks etc.
As long as you're feeling challenged but not exhausted, sticking to the treadmill should help trim your belly over time. Just listen to your body and don't push too hard too soon. You've got this! Let me know if you have any other questions.
If you are going to a gym for this, talk to gym staff and get them to give you a program. It’s mixing cardio and core. One thing you can try is start at lowest setting and increase by.5 every minute until you get to a speed you cannot run for a minute. Having some decent playlists also help with it all. Most important is doing warm ups before and cool downs afterwards.
If it’s something that puts a lot of resistance on you and you feel tired afterwards, then yes. If you feel like you could do another 10 on the same speed afterwards, no.
Treadmill is not something that’s going to target belly fat, it’s going to burn fat everywhere. If you want optimal results I’d hit the stairmaster. On there, you never have to question if it’s a good speed or not.
I think 10 minutes aren’t enough if u can’t run longer rest and do 10 minutes again

It's a good start, but I'm sure if you keep at it you'll improve soon
Just get your heart rate up. Don’t overdo it tho
