Yes I was just in India and I had a 2 hour massage first hour swedish and then second hour thai massage with hot oils it was pretty good. This was the first time I've ever had a massage so it was a good experience. There were times when I was extremely relaxed I just didn't wanna move anymore at all. XD But long term I didn't really notice a big difference I thought maybe my body would feel a bit different than usual if the tension in the muscles was released but it was more a short term thing I'm still glad I did it though :) And then I had a steambath which was cool too.
