Heard of it. I think it is some sort of issue with genitalia, or similar.
basically when a guy gets hit there, his balls swell up the size of grape fruits, this is not some comical thing, it can happen, that's why its important for guys to wear strong protection playing sports like hockey, baseball, football, soccer because, accidents can happen :|

I think it’s more humiliating to have a guys balls swell like grape fruits after getting hitting in the groin then it is to have a period. I could be wrong but the hydrocele thing usually requires surgery and possible removal of a testicle if not treated soon. That’s why I have no idea why guys won’t a girl or woman to stomp on his groin with high heels or do those ridiculous jackass stunts on MTV 😐
