It depends on the person and their body type. For example, I'm a 5"4 woman. I'm a bit overweight at 154 pounds, (though a decent amount is muscle) which I'm actively trying to get down. But I think I can still exist in the pretty attractive realm. I can still look fine in clothes, and two-piece swimsuits. Actually, I look way better in a two-piece than a one-piece for some reason. And if I had a different bone structure in my hips, I probably wouldn't want to change a thing. If you want to be strong/muscular, I think 130 to 145 is a good range to be in for the average 5"4 girl.
