I'm a drummer. I also have a dog. How do I keep him from chewing up my sticks?

Put them away when You aren't using them.
Train Your dog not to chew things.
Spend time with Your dog so He knows You love Him, He will act out less.
Don't play fetch with Sticks or wooden anything after training Him.

As You take care of Him, so will He take care of You.

I was surprised my socks were getting chewed because I put them on the window still. Turned out the dog was really good at climbing. I caught out him out only because he got stuck.

yeah, we have a 5/6 foot high pool deck, he likes to jump up there when I'm up there, but he doesn't make it all the way up because of the railing. He doesn't usually jump unless he wants my attention because he's a big dog. A great dane actually.

Funny thing is his hind paws still touch the ground. But he's a playful big baby. (He's 3 years old.)

It will be a challenge. My sock chewer was only 5 Kg. Maybe you should go for a solid metal container with a screw lid.

Put them in an envelope addressed to Love Doctor Brad. Your dog will want nothing to do with them. Currently, nobody is more unpopular than Love Doctor Brad. :(

You could try with some that he has already chewed, to put something he doesn't like on them, like maybe lemon or red pepper (make sure it is safe and non-toxic to dogs) and leave them out on purpose for him to learn that he doesn't like to chew on them.

Rub Dog Repellent on those sticks, make them stinky.. and don't grab them with bare hands..

You holding sticks and dog seeing you hold them make it want the stick..

That friend actually said he was a drummer too. I didn't believe him especially when he was trying to "twirl" the sticks. We're still friends though. I've never really said anything about the lies. He also claimed to speak french when I told him I could speak french. I know I kinda embarrassed him when he couldn't understand what I was saying.
