What is the best times for fasting & how come? 😊?

I would like to start by saying that fasting is not for everyone. Not everyone will be able handle fasting for hours and hours. I personally only have two meals a day. I wake up in the morning around 8AM and like to have a light breakfast around that time. Then I have lunch around 2PM and don't eat anything else until the next morning. I've been doing this for years and it works really well for me but I cannot guarantee it's going to work for you.

Ramadan is starting soon and we fast during sunrise until sunset that is around 12H per day during the holy month of ramadan. Then when it's time to break the fast I tend to have one meal only. My husband likes to eat a huge portion during these time of the year as we cannot eat during the day. Fasting during ramadan can be a bit challenging for me as is not the same fasting hours I'm used to and I'm not used to eat during the evening before going to bed.

The best time is the time you can stick with. I do 23:1 (OMAD) which is hard af but I usually eat at around 11am or 12pm.

I naturally tend to do the 16/8 fast. I notice I prefer to fast 4-6 hours before I sleep & 2-4 hours after I wake up.
