    I'd say that falls within normal range. But based on my own experience, I don't think it's the most optimal. I believe 6 hours disrupts the last rem cycle far too much to be within optimal range. I train hard almost every single day & I notice that I'm my strongest & most recovered feeling on 7-8 hours of sleep.

    Its ok to sleep as little as you want unless you body tells you to sleep more, if you lose concentaion of showing any signs of sleep deprivation then you should get rest
    Its little known fact that Indira Gandhi only use to sleep for 3 to 4 hours in a day and she was fine with it

    I love sleep so much that unfortunately 6 hours of sleep is not enough for me. If I had time, I would sleep for 10-12 hours, which I have. But in my opinion, a maximum of 7 hours of sleep is enough for a normal adult person.

    6 hours is not enough for a woman 👩! We are woman we need at least 8 hours a day. 5-6 hours is not enough

    Of course. 6 hours is usually enough especially when you're young. Don't think too much of it. The important thing is that you don't feel tired throughout the day and don't feel like taking a nap every now and then.

    in principle yes, although 7-9 hours would be better, however it depends a lot on the job you have and also on how difficult it is to get to sleep, e. g. if you suffer from insomnia;

    Mayo Clinic recommends a minimum of 7, but I made it for decades off six or less. Really individual specific.

    You should aim for 7-8 hours in general, however, 6 hours a day for a couple of days a week and then sleep in the rest is pretty alright.
