Do you always get bloating a few days before your periods starts?

Not really. Usually my only symptoms leading up to my period is mood swings. I become more sensitive and cry a lot for about a week before my period. I do feel bloated afterwards though, when I’m ovulating.

not all the time. if i am not stressed and if i eat healthy I dont gel bloated. but mostly I do

Nope, bloating was one of those symptoms I never experienced

Yes! And I hate it. But once my period is gone my tummy is flat.
