I've realized the last 3 ish months I've slept less and less and its effecting my mental health
A majority of people do. It take 16 weeks to form a good sleep habit meaning you gotta sleep at 9PM and be up at 5AM EVERY SINGLE DAY for 16 weeks before you body adjusts to a sleep schedule. For many people, that’s not a practical thing.
I get 8hrs but it varies start to end.
YEAH CAUSE I HAD LEG SURGERY AND I FALL ASLEEP AT LIKE RANDOM TIMES

I go to bed by 10 to 10:30 usually up by 6 to 6:30
Ofcourse it can't be maintained like 100 percent but usually that's the case
Yeah. I stay up longer even when my med kicks in and tells me it's time for bed. But I still will be focused on whatever it is I'm doing so then it makes it even harder for me to be like "Ok, we need to put ourselves up to bed now!"
I've always had it, not the best... 2am to 8am are my usual sleeping hours
middle and high-school were the worst... as I was a bit of an insomniac, lol

Yes I am lucky if I get 5 hours a sleep a night. Many nights less the odd night I get a few more.

I sleep about 12 hours a day on and off. I'm always tired and seem to be active in the early mornings also

Yes, I don't sleep too regularly because all of the drinking I do makes me fall asleep abruptly
