Should I worry or is this normal?

i have congestion quite bad and had sore throat but it is gone almost entirely i have pain in the right side of my face when i try to breathe in through my nose and i have to breathe hard to get any air in cause of the congestion but i am worried my right eye is swelling just the eye lid looks like a lazy eye a little but you have to look close to notice it is swollen and i can feel it when i move it compared to the other eye is this common in sinus infection/congestion or should i see a doctor immediately and if it is normal is there a way to fix it or just wait until the infection clears up?

not really pain in my right face just pressure especially when laying down like all the congestion is sitting on that side

Sounds like a sinus infection. You will need antibiotics to clear it up.
I can't think of what else it could be.
