Ugh dude, neck pimples are the worst. A few things that might be causing it:
- Sweat - all that sweating at the gym could be irritating your skin if you don't clean up properly afterwards. Bacteria loves damp skin.
- Gear - if you use heavy weights, sometimes the collar of the barbell can rub against your neck and cause breakouts.
- Pillowcases - they get dirty quick and all those oils clog pores while you sleep.
To clear it up:
- Wash your neck 2x a day with a gentle cleaner like Cetaphil. Really scrub to lift dirt.
- Apply a salicylic acid cream after. Stridex pads work well - the acid unclogs pores.
-Switch pillowcases daily so they stay fresh. You can also tie a clean towel around your neck when lifting.
- Watch what you touch - phones especially get grimy and spread bacteria.
- Eat clean too as junk can cause skin issues. Stay hydrated.
Give it a week or two and it should clear up dude. Don't wanna be walking around with pizza face, right bro? Hope this helps! Let me know if it doesn't improve.
First always check with your doctor.
Maybe it's a spot you aren't rinsing as properly in the shower? A soap allergy could be one cause. You could change your soap and see if that is the cause.
Try running water over a washcloth and gently rinse a bit more there. Don't scrub or irritate, just a couple swipes.
You could also try a little bit of baking soda on a washcloth to gently clean the area. Test these one at a time to see if any helps clear things.
could be cuz of hormonal changes, genetics, improper skincare routines, friction from clothing or accessories n bacteria buildup
u gotta keep that area clean, moisturize it
Okok
