The closest that ever happened is that I got so angry at someone that I became violent but that wasn't a mental breakdown. I am extremely non-violent as an individual so before I was halfway to hitting I snapped out of it.
But as far as mental breakdowns go, no. Its super rare for me to have one to begin with, I need to be under physical illness and immense stress for that to happen. But if it happens its a panick, not anger.
I ended up suffering a horrible nervous breakdown a month ago
In the process, I threatened a friend, and damaged their property.
It was built up years of anxiety, depression, and feeling isolated.

Thank you, I just hope there is a chance for things to become more positive.
The issue is more severe because it was my neighbor (a friend), and even their best friend is my coworker.
So it is very intimate, and I can't avoid seeing it each day.
We are not talking at this moment
and I also have a court arraignment this week.
I hope you can all talk it out, ideally settle out of court.
settling out of court won't happen it appears
but oh well.. we ill find out
I dont have any hopes for anything positive for sevral months at least.
