All the ones caused by the FDA and it's ilk forcing pharmaceutical "solutions" onto us since Rockefeller and the other petrochemical families got thousands of years of natural remedies deemed "quackery" because they didn't put profits in his pocket by buying his oil.
For example, I'm a diabetic. I need to take insulin several times a day. One of the ingredients I am forced to inject is CREOSOTE. The carcinogenic petrochemical deemed "unsafe" to paint onto fences due to it's cancer-causing properties. There is no affordable alternative insulin available for me where I currently live that doesn't have this toxin in it.
The brain is composed completely of CHOLESTEROL. Yet we pump statins into unsuspecting victims that do only one thing: seek out cholesterol and eliminate it. Then we wonder why - since their introduction - dementia has dramatically increased while heart conditions are still one of the biggest causes of death in the West.
The malady I want to see cured is the lack of common sense we have to put up with.

Herpes. I don't have it, but lately I've been learning more about it and watching videos, and it's pretty sad that anyone has to deal with it especially orally. The sad part is that a lot of people think (and I did too) herpes comes from you sleeping around. Although that can be true a lot of the time, there are others who got it from their own parents from birth. Read the comments from people with herpes on YouTube, their stories are pretty sad.
Yesterday I saw a girl covering one side of her mouth as she was hurrying to the restroom. For a second I thought she was gonna be sick or something, but she wasn't moving fast enough for that, and she was really trying to hide her mouth. I think maybe she was having an outbreak and trying to handle it. That's pretty sad for someone to have to deal with. So I hope herpes is cured for a lot of people soon.
Germany had/has the cure for cancer since around WW2. I hear it wasn't since released because cancer is natural population control. This is not to blame Germany. It was a worldwide background-leader decision.

I suppose cancer. I mean all of cancer, not just one kind. It probably affects the most people.
TBH, I'm wondering if we've already gone too far trying to cure diseases. Maybe we should leave Nature alone?
Having said that, it would be great if further advances in alleviating childhood cancer were made. I hate seeing little innocent kids suffer.
Alzheimer's / Dementia disease it's an awful disease that robs the mind, and it would be great if they could find a cure. Now they have pills to control the symptoms, but so far no pills will slow the disease down.
I would like diabetes to be cured because it often causes people to suffer and still have to live with disabilities such as blindness or losing limbs before finally dying.
Well cancer is the obvious choice. But Alzheimer's would be my second choice. One of my grandfather's had it and it was pretty hellish for him as it was in its advanced stages.
asthma. cause i have it xD and i will probably eventually die to it.
Cancer, I lost a sibling and several family friends to it.
I'm going to go with something I haven't seen other people say yet because I want to be difficult and different: epilepsy.
Cancer in all forms, most importantly breastcancer as it affects more women!
I wish cancer could be cured in a few days with a single drug. I don't have cancer, but I feel sorry for cancer patients.
I'm not going to pick one when there are so many people suffering from so many different ones.. I would hope they all are!
