Trending & News Cancer affects the greatest number of people, so that would be my pick. Alzheimer's would be next, followed by Parkinson's.
Malaria is treatable - though the drugs to do so aren't always available or affordable to those affected - but that's a different issue. And the flu, while it does kill a relative few people, it's more of an inconvenience than a threat most of the time.
I agree with this list.
@electromagnetic Cancer is truly awful and affects so many people. I don't have a significant problem with cancer genetically - my grandparents and great grandparents all lived very long lives cancer-free - but Alzheimer's IS definitely in my family tree, and losing your cognitive abilities IS pretty terrifying. I've not been close to anyone with Parkinson's, but I am close to several people with MS, and that's also heartbreaking.
Cancer killed my aunt and grandfather. There’s a level of uneasiness in knowing you’re getting sick and dying off slowly instead of just saying eventually we all die.
lewy body dementia Is crazy as all hell for me.
Said G. If I could have a broader category I'd trade any specific cancer for "childhood cancer". If I were in a more pragmatic mood though Pneumonia and then Diarrhea are two of the most prolific killers on the planet particularly for kids. So those would probably have to go first.
Nothing scares me more than know I may slowly lose memories I’ve created with those that I love.
Erectile dysfunction! Lol jk probably breast cancer
You are statistically unlucky if you meet ED in our age range, sorry 😆

Diabetes. I think being blind would be worse than death, and blindness is one of the things I have seen in some diabetics.
I'd wipe out ADHD. It affects way too many people, and creates hard to deal with issues. ADHD also creates too much drug dependency.
I doubt that. Probably most of those "diagnosed " just are hard to concentrate and can't sit still not any disorder. Drinking toms of caffeine and sugar is the cause not a disorder.
Malaria. It's destroyed so many lives.
Second on my list is Parkinson's. That is such a cruel, slow, fucked up illness.
Alz scares me more than cancer. AIDS or hiv, has pep which is so effective the afflicted can have unprotected sex. More science investment means more happy endings.
As harsh as this may sound, I'm not for eradicating any fatal diseases.
Diseases that lower the quality of life, I'm in favor of eradicating.
Cancer took my mom when I was 16, so I have to opt for that.
Surprisingly i wouldn't eradicate fatal ones such as cancer.
I would eradicate common cold any such virus that annoys us all repeatedly.
All things considered: Consumerism.
