I think dementia, to experiment whether things can be more fun to do when you have it. Also the difference in out of body experiences. Like smoking salvia commonly makes you "live another years or lifetime/s during seconds or minutes in this life." Will the experience be different?
Black Death - lol 🖤 🐈⬛ - sounds like me 😈 and surely it wouldn't be a long term thing lol like right? I don't know. Lol. Dementia sounds depressing as does Parkinson's and motor neurone. Surely black death would mean death soon in my logical thinking ahahahahaha
seems the black death is actually pretty curable if diagnosed early. so if we know we'd get it, that could be an option.
otherwise dysentry i guess. 10 days of meds and should be sorted so...

As far as I'm aware, with correct treatment and proper treatment, dysentery usually gets better on its own in a few days and has the lowest mortality rate of all, so I picked the first option. It's not even comparable to some of the other diseases mentioned that are the worst thing that can happen to a human.. Also, Parkinson's isn't that terrible, as medicines can help control the symptoms, often dramatically in a lot of cases, so that would be my second choice.

Black Death...
I'm picking pooping myself to death.
