Rough time are temporary, try not to dwell on it, it’s easy to dwell in it. Rough time are opportunities for growth, although it takes time to redirect yourself to a good path. Sometimes you have a great entourage to pull you up, and sometimes you truly got yourself to pull you out.
How much can you control in your situation and how much is truly out of your control?
You give your thoughts all the power it has and mentally think of yourself to the circumstances you’re in. Visualize if you were to reboot/reprogram yourself as a computer, visualize your life in a couple of weeks, months, years how much of your time today will still matter.
There’s plenty of places on earth to relocate and restart. Experiencing these struggles are parts of what makes us human!

You can create motivation anytime you want. It's your mind. Your mind is making you feel like shit and you can control it. Just control it. You have to start thinking. If you don't think the outside with control your thinking for you. It's that simple.
Yes that happens at times. Simplify, rest, meditate, do things that are healthy like fresh air exercise amd est right.
Face the challenges w courage and log your results.
Practice gratitude faith and hope.

Self motivation is the best motivation.
Remind yourself why you are doing this, what will you achieve doing it. Compare yourself with past you how much you have progressed and how now you are better than before.Well you can look in the mirror and tell yourself you got this. Motivation is best done from within. However I think you can do it so dig deep and keep pushing.
Inner strength, willpower and positive energy. It is NOT how you got knocked down, but how quickly you get back up, that means anything.
Bad things don't last forever. Is just a phase. You'll be fine.
