What helps make your day better?

Whenever I am having a horrible day, full of stress, or chaos, it's ALWAYS a relaxing cup of tea that helps me!
Also spending time in Nature, enjoying video games, or spending time with my dogs really helps me too. :)

So, what are some things that can instantly turn your day around?

A favourite meal you make? An indulgent treat? Hobbies?
