Just like Alcohol in the 1920s
I'd think "this isn't going to end well", and sure enough, it wouldn't. First, because such a big chunk of the economy depends on tobacco growth, and we can't afford the hit now; second, because making drugs illegal doesn't stop addicts from getting them; and third, because MORE expansion of government power into the lives of citizens is the LAST thing we need right now.

Like drugs, like guns, like alcohol in the past it’s easy to ban something & enforce a ban however you can’t stop it & it will cost more money trying.
I think that would be a great way to start a black market for tobacco products and generate tons of crime.
personally, I don't care, as I don't smoke :D

I wouldn’t care, I don’t smoke. It could be a good thing
Banning products like that is giving the government too much control... if people want to smoke, let them smoke... that's like someone suing McDonald's because their kid is fat... stop feeding them McDonald's
It wouldn't bother me, and I think it would have the same result as Prohibition... a large black market, depriving the government of its sizeable tobacco tax income, and would be repealed.
I lol at the USA banning alcohol when they did. I doubt it will happen with tobacco. Here in the UK they age limit will now increase every year after a law passed yesterday.
Does that include vaping too? I'm all for that because I think anything tobacco related stinks!

I'm not going out for an entire week, maybe a month...
that's going to be a lot of pissed off people Fuckin' GREAT!! I won't be forced to smell someone else's stink, anymore!! They SHOULD'VE done it back in the `50's or `60's!!
Personally fine. Honestly there are many ways to get nicotine, and one of them is spicy peppers. It has small amounts, but the capsaicin also makes your breain release the chemicals for happiness, which helps fight depression.
Will never happen, the lobbyist of the tobacco companies will work around it for years.
Wouldn't affect me as anon US citizen but if it was banned here
I'd make sure to get my supply of cigars somehowI'd be annoyed that yet again the government was playing Mommy instead of doing its job of protecting the people and their property from being violated by others.
Cigarette addicts: boys! We all moving to weed-legal states! 😅🤣
Don’t use any form of tobacco products. It would make the clubs smoke free. But that is where all the smokers go to drink and smoke. Mostly veterans!
Yes, a good thing because smoking kills.
It wouldn't effect me personally
Didn’t work then, won’t work now. Although cigarettes are severely in decline.
I’m an ex smoker, but we do know that prohibition wasn’t successful, it just created criminality
Regular day for me. I don’t smoke.
I'd stockpile chew and cigarettes and sell em
