I need to lose weight. I've lost more than I thought I would within the short period I've been dieting, but I constantly feel super hungry, and weak.

Yo man, feeling starved and weak is totally normal when you're first adjusting to fewer calories. Here's some things that help:
- Up your protein intake. Meat, eggs and protein shakes will keep you full longer than carbs.
- Drink lots of water. Dehydration can make the hunger feel worse.
- Fill up on veggies - load up on low cal greens, carrots, etc to snack on.
- Watch your electrolytes. salt, potassium and magnesium replace what you lose from sweating.
- Give your body time to adjust. The hunger will chill out after a couple weeks as your metabolism shifts.
- Plan your meals and snacks - don't let too much time pass between or you'll crash.
- Light exercise can boost your appetite-suppressing hormones.
And don't be too hard on yourself man. As long as you're consistent, your body will definitely adjust. Just power through the first week or so and you'll start to feel better. Hang in there bro!
Yeah, it's a feeling I've been having recently since I've been eating 1500cals for the past 6 days. Though, I feel it less when I eat more high volume low calorie foods. Bonus points if the glycemic load is on the lower end.
Yes, it is a common side effect, but that feeling passes eventually.
