Look up the risk of HIV of a straight male from a straight female. It's extremely low.

Not extremely low. Unfortunately, oral sex is seen as "not that unsafe" sex. And a sexual active woman can have multiple partners in a short time frame. If she nevers tests for anything how do you know? Maybe she brushed teeth to harsh and has a small wound in her mouth, sperm can transmit hiv. The best way is to always be sure. All it takes is one time to transmit hiv. And the window to test is 3 months without unprotected sex.
