Other than direct pressure, does anyone know how to stop a toe from bleeding?

When I got up 3 hours ago, I thought I heard someone ring my doorbell so, I got into my pants to see who it was and, in doing so, my pinky nail caught onto part of my pants and nearly snapped off. It started bleeding. It's not bleeding badly, just a few drops but, it doesn't seem to be stopping, either.
Of course, nobody was at the door. The only visitor I had was a bunny asking for bread.

Run it under some cold water 💦 for a few minutes. Do you have anything thing to wrap around it?
Do you have any Neosporin to put on it before you wrap it up.
Then apply some pressure to it.

I forgot to mention wash it with soap and water since it's an open wound.
Then run it under some cold water for a few minutes and the other stuff I said.

I was thinking of soaking it in cold water.
I have medical tape, band-aids, paper towel, Kleenex, shit paper Problem is, my toes sit on top of my foot instead of out in front. I grew too fast and could never find shoes to fit so, they got a tiny bit bound or hammertoed, so, it's pretty difficult to wrap anything around them, especially the pinky.
I did the pressure bit and that seemed to help.

I wouldn't count on having one and, if I did, there's no telling where it'd be in THIS house! I'm still trying to find my aunt''s Will after 4 years!!
