So this morning (12am) I was doing my homework and got a huge headache which might or might not contribute to what happened next. I only at once so I decided hey I have a lot of work to do I’ll go to dennys have a meal and do my work. I had French toast eggs and sausage with milk. I was eating my meal and halfway through I zoned out. I was aware I zoned out. After zoning back in I felt weird, I was experiencing memory lapses, irritability and anxiety. I check my blood sugar and I don’t think it was alarming. So what happened? What would cause this? Oh and I also had the strange urge to go #2 SORRY for the TMI.

Dang sis, sounds like you might've had a hypo or something going on with your blood sugar. A few possibilities:
- French toast/sausage can spike your sugar at first but then drop it hard a little later. That's def happened to me before at IHOP.
- Zoning out and memory gaps are classic hypo symptoms. Your brain wasn't getting enough fuel.
- Anxiety and irritability are also common when you're hanging low on glucose.
- The random poop urge could be your body freaking out looking for more carbs to stabilize you.
When it comes to medicine and sugar levels, it's always hard to say for sure without testing. But it really sounds like you tanked a bit there halfway through eating.
I'd keep an eye on it and maybe bring some juice or candies next time just in case. Better safe than zoning out behind the wheel or something, ya know? Glad you're feeling better now - scary stuff! Let me know if it happens again.

Very possible. I’ve been staying up past midnight for a few days and have been sleeping 4 hours or less. I’m taking 6 college summer courses all accelerated so I have a lot of work.
I'll try not to advise you to cut back on the studying, because I know how much work I put in when it came to crunch time. Still, you don't want to overdo it SO much that your health suffers!
