If I could ever get the motivation to actually run instead of a walk, that would make total sense to do. I'm an overthinker myself

one day I just put my shoes on and I ran... can't tell you what happened... it just happened... maybe I matured to do it because earlier I just read about running and how to build motivation... but I never built it :D it just popped up :D

If by any chance you have access to a pool, swimming is one of the most efficient ways to get quality exercise without the typical wear and tear on your joints, and as a calorie burning solution as well, so I assume it would probably relieve stress, as well.

I put on some music and drum, or watch something light on TV (adult-focused animation, like Futurama, Family Guy, American Dad, and Archer are favorites), or I read a book. Oh, and I take the dog for a walk.

That's probably because it's *your* bathroom; you've seen it hundreds of times. For me, however, it's an intimate, highly personal private grotto, in which you often experience your most secretive moments.

Then there's what I call the 'Assertiveness Factor' Since many people are uncomfortable with the idea of having someone else clean their home, it's quite refreshing when someone says, 'Sure, knock yourself out, sir, and if you want to come back next week and do it again, please, by all means, let me know'

I've only had someone clean our home twice before. Once as a gift to my wife and another when we moved out of our old house and moved to a new state so we didn't have time to clean it and make it ready for purchase.

A little of both. I enjoy tinkering a little. No big appliances, though. That’s what the warranties are for. 😂
