Sausages are usually filled with fat and not very high in protein, so no.

Ham only tastes good as a sandwich meat. Never liked oven roasted ham as the star of the dish.

Pork chops can be very delicious, but aren't very versatile.

Bacon is not only delicious, but versatile. You can crumble it up and add flavors to an already made dish, you can eat it on it's own, you can have it with a side of eggs and hash browns, and BLTs have to be one of the most tasty sandwiches of all time. I go with Bacon.

I LOVE meat.

In fact I could feel very angry if meat was cut out from my diet. I care less about carbs.

When I was in Rome, I couldn't find a reasonably priced meat dish. So, I didn't eat meat for a couple of days and I cried at night! LOL

But, no bacon, ham, pork for me ;)

  If you eat or drink something by mistake, ofcourse it's OK. I think McDonalds, outside Arab countries, use ham or something because it tastes differently. I don't like it. Besides, Bacon Farts are a threat to the man-kind. I sniffed some on a flight when I was in the US. The girl sitting ahead of me kept eating bacon and then she farted...ate..farted..Ugh, what a flight!

After breaking my vegetarian ways a couple years ago I was into bacon in a big way for a few weeks. Right now though I'm more into sausage. Nice consistency, nice and juicy.
