Is creatine in protein powder?

I've always figured it's like BCAA's as taking that on top of protein is redundant.

Yeah, there's a little, but I don't think it's really enough to do anything. Not comparable so creatine supps, at least.

None. Most protein powders list all the amino acids on the label.

Bcaa and what's in protein powders is easy to source by diets.

But unless you eat big animals, glycine and creatine are better for supplements. And taurine, I supplement it. Although I drink lots of sheep and goat boob juice. Creatine is good to supplement no matter what.
