Many do not understand that the Kingdom Of Darkness exists because they cannot see it with the naked eye. Thus when they start to experience attacks from that place, they treat it with counseling, drugs, therapy, meditation, positive affirmations or any other number of treatments. But if the problem is a spiritual attack, what do you think is going to happen when you treat it through those means? The Bible contains everything you need to deal with and overcome all of these spiritual attacks, hence why so many are kept away from it and led to believe it is just all made up.
When my friend was feeling sad and given up, I said 'Go confess out loud the scripture from Gods Creative Power Gift Collection by Charles Capps, and I guarantee that when you're done, all of those feelings of sadness, depression and feeling like giving up, will be 100% gone'
They reluctantly confessed the Word of God out loud which took about 15-20 minutes. After they had finished all of those feelings of sadness were 100% gone, All hopelessness, sadness, depression and feeling like giving up were gone. Their demeanor, posture, facial expressions, energy and mind all changed.
There is much more to it than the following. But after what I've just detailed here and the results. If you feel a resistance to it, you should ask yourself why...
Matthew 4:4
''But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.''
Depression runs deep in my family and runs deep inside me. I was thinking about the past today. Thinking about all the wrongs I have done in my life and that it may be better to just kms. As I left work my break line when out right before I got to the freeway, and I limped my car back to my work dreading all the shitty things I am going through and how if just did my breaks earlier I wouldn’t have to be going through this rn. As I got a ride home from my buddy he said thankgod you didn’t make it on the freeway or you could of died.
That made me realize that ether way my breaks were going to go out but they went out right after I was thinking about kms and right before I got on the free way. It was almost like they waited for the perfect time to go out as if I was being shown some sort of message that i mattered. That I have a purpose and no matter what my past was i still had a reason for being here.
Moral of the story is sometimes you have to look for the signs in times of darkness.
"Sometimes you have to look for the signs in times of darkness", that hit me. Thank you!
Whenever I’m sad or frustrated with something I either head out for a kickboxing class at the local gym or blast my playlist to dance and belt out a bunch of songs at the top of my lungs till I’m exhausted. Very cathartic.
I don’t allow myself to give up… It’s just not an option. It’s been drilled into me since childhood. My mom would say, “Everyone has a choice… they can sink or they can swim… you aren’t allowed to sink.” I was 3 or 4 and thought … well ok then.
There’s never a good enough reason to give up on yourself and your convictions. It’s important to know how to cope with stuff and keep moving forward with your life.
This is very helpful, thank you for your answer.
Listen to sum metal to drown out my thought or play my drums to drum out my anger. Or I talk to friends to calm myself. (heavy emotions usually need laughter to get rid of.)

I breathe deeply. Deep breathing exercises and long walks help me to think, remove myself from my surroundings and as I observe things that I normally would pass as I drive, I make new observations and even though I have lived in the area for years. Walking instead of driving offers a different perspective and in that you may realize that you can also look at your perceived problems in a different way. Try to remember that everyone has been in situations that seem hopeless and they overcome them. A beautiful part of life is learning how resourceful you can be when faced with problems. This too shall pass
I'm the guy my friends turn to when they are feeling down.. so. what's got you feeling like this? You can tell me in here or in pm if you prefer. I don't mind either. I'm a fairly good listener and have particularly strong shoulders.
I should point out. The first step usually to overcoming those feelings is to rationalise them, and by talking about them to someone who is not emotionally involved can sometimes help.
I exercise. It's legitimately the only thing that helps with these kinds of feelings. Once I've done that, I try to do some good deed, like donating to charity or giving advice on apps like this one. It helps to remember how easy our lives are, and how hard some others may be struggling just to live.
I have never reached the point of giving up.
Not even close.
However, I'm no stranger to sadness.
It's usually just a short period and I soon bounce back from bouts of sadness.
Cheer up :) Everything will be okay. You are young and have a lot of time to turn it around!
Thank you 🙂
I usually sleep or I watch funny videos so I'm distracted🤷
I have this black silicone pussy that I fuck the shit out of.
I’ve just accepted it tbh it’s not going to get better for me and it’s pointless trying to lie to myself that it will.
Usually I may even sit there and just scroll and don't always talk if I feel a certain way.
Cat nap, listen to sad songs, or take a long shower/night driving
I just never quit. The road eventually opens up when you never quit.
Drink myself half to death or I'll out a barrel in my mouth and see how far I wanna take it.
You put one foot of the other and keep moving. Focus on very short term goals, i. e. get up at a certain time, and achieve a few small things during the day. Build from that.
Pour myself a stiff drink or six and put on my heavy playlist whilst working things out
I just sleep or go for a run and that usually makes me feel better.
I go to bed or get drunk and rant and raise hell over it.
Distract myself
How do you distract yourself?
Usually playing video games
Music is my favourite thing a good women would help most any time too 😊
Hit that bong a few times and put on some Pink Floyd
I tell myself that if I quit, they win.
In situations like these, I pray to Jesus
Get high 💨. (Surely I'm not the only one?)
Go to sleep. That seems to do the trick
Take a time out. Take shower, go for a run.
One time I hurt myself
Sorry to hear that :(
Grab a cold beer and my favorite guitar.
I go get a hamburger and get fat
Pray.
Thug it out
