Why do some people always have bad breath?

Either smelling like corn or like they just passed gas. Even if they go to the dentist I don't know if it's laziness or what.

Quite often, people with false teeth exude a foul odor from their falsies but they have no idea that it's there.
Some people will have tonsil stones and don't realize it and those things to to stink a lot! If you've ever coughed one up and smelled it, you'd understand!
With some people, it's just because of what they've just finished eating. I've noticed from, others that as soon as they eat ice cream or popsicles, their breath really stinks! same with if you've just had milk. This is why, after I eat a bowl of cereal, I'll chase it with a cup of tea to, hopefully, get rid of that milk smell.
There's a section of town where mostly Oriental college students live, they go to one of the 3 universities a couple miles away and, every time a bus goes through there and picks one of them up, they make the entire bus REEK like gasoline because of what they just finished eating!
It's a double edged sword because, most people don't even realize they have smelly breath but, at the same time, it's considered rude to alert them of it!! They can offend you with their breath but you can't offend them by telling them about it, even if you're just doing it to be kind and just alerting them that they have an issue to contend with. It's okay to help someone out by letting them know they've got a piece of fuzz on their shirt but you can't say shit about why you're wearing the gas mask.

It could be to do with the acids breaking down in the stomach, or rotten teeth, poor hygiene.. Whatever it might be because of though, one thing is for certain... being on the other end of it is horrible!

Could be hygiene issues or even gut issues. For instance, bad breath in the morning is how I know my gut health isn't doing so well.

Genetic and/or diet. Sonetimes oral hygiene. Its really offensive and gross
