I don’t know if this touch is appropriate or not. Help?

It is my first time in gym rather than working out at home. I saw my gym instructor once asking me if I do modelling. Then another time commenting about my growing glutes to another female client. Third he got touchy while doing deadlifts ad in he asked all women to do themselves and added more weight for me in 1 of the rep that I can’t lift and he said he is supporting but I felt uncomfortable. It was heavy to the point that if he doesn’t help I would fall. Fourth he touched around my neck to say my shoulder by birth aren’t balanced slightly. He didn’t ask permission before touching neck and this was done when I was alone. he was looking close and across my shoulder. Last he checks my body by tilting his head vertically and bending down and would pass comments on loose clothes as a means of him not able to see body properly.

is it normal in gum or am I getting worried for nothing.

Thankyou all for the response. It is true I’m uncomfortable. However I’m confused if I need to report this as assault as I don’t know if this is how gym functions.
Help from any gym users or trainers would help.
